My dad and I spent an entire Saturday coming up with this masterpiece. I wanted something that tied into the frame so I could feel good about towing my camp trailer, but I didn't want something that would kill my departure angle. I used 4" x 1.5" rectangle and it has a standard size receiver. It's tied into the body mounts and two grade 8 bolts on each frame and the original bolts for the bottom of the framerail.

I'm not really worried about a tire carrier at this point, but eventually when I get bigger I'd like something similar to OR Fab's Tire carrier that doesn't use the bumper.
